Edward R. Kennett named one of
Pennsylvania Rising Stars 2005

Ted Kennett has been practicing since 1993. Since joining Atlee, Hall & Brookhart, LLP, in 1998, Mr. Kennett has tried a variety of cases including representing victims of medical malpractice, nursing home/eldercare litigation, products liability, insurance bad faith, and other complex litigation matters. A number of his articles dealing with issues such as the legislative efforts to limit the rights of citizens have been published throughout Pennsylvania.

Considered among the best in their profession, Rising Stars® represent the top 5% of the practicing attorneys in Pennsylvania. The Rising Stars® for 2005 were selected by their peers in an extensive nomination and pooling process conducted by Law & Politics and published in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers - Rising Stars® magazine.

Mr. Kennett has been appointed the Chair for the Trial Law Section of the Lancaster Bar Association for 2006.
