After college, Thomas Hall went into the business world. However, for about five years, he endured deceit and abuse from his business partners. He decided that he wanted to know his rights and knew he could help himself and others by getting a legal education.

As an attorney, Tom works to protect those who cannot protect themselves. He actively seeks to fight against unscrupulous people who take advantage of others, which includes insurance companies. He gets the satisfaction of knowing he may be able to help someone when other lawyers may not.

Tom is distinguished by his years of medical malpractice litigation experience. He has achieved numerous multi-million dollar recoveries in cases involving negligent stereotactic surgery, failed rescue, vision loss in children, and birth-related injuries.

In addition to his trial court practice, Tom has argued cases in all Pennsylvania appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Education, Licensure, and Lifestyle

Tom earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1980. He was a member of the Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a legal honor society. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

When he is not working, he spends as much time with his family as possible. They love the outdoors and enjoy hiking Lancaster Conservancy’s beautiful trails. Tom appreciates butterflies, birds, and all animals except mosquitoes. After a good hike, he enjoys a cold beer and hard-shell crabs.
