FAQs

Will I have to go to court?

Not necessarily. Most cases are settled. Some settle prior to trial, while others settle during trial. To maximize our client's recovery, we always deal from strength. We fully prepare our cases for trial, hire the best experts, and investigate the case fully. Our willingness to try cases and proven track record in trial, results in a distinct advantage for our clients. The defendants and insurance companies know we will try our cases if they refuse to make a reasonable offer, which helps us maximize our client’s recovery. Although there is no guarantee that a well-prepared, solid case will settle or result in a plaintiff verdict, we commit to using all of our resources to help you obtain a just result.
