PROFILE:
Since his graduation, Tom Hall has dedicated himself to excellence in the field of personal injury litigation. After beginning his career as a trial lawyer in Philadelphia, he returned to his home town of Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1983 and began practice with Bill Atlee. Representing persons injured by others’ carelessness over the last 20 years, Mr. Hall has achieved numerous multi-million dollar recoveries for his clients. Recently, he won a $3.5 million jury verdict in a construction site accident case. Mr. Hall was named one of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2004-2006.
He has argued cases in all Pennsylvania appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the bar in 1980, and is permitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Tom has frequently lectured on the subject of trial practice. He also serves as an arbitrator for the County of Lancaster. Mr. Hall is also a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. His areas of practice include medical malpractice, products liability, construction accident litigation and insurance litigation.
