Plaintiff alleged premises was unsafe and dangerous because the ladder was not equipped with locks on the wheels to keep it from rolling while someone was climbing up and down the ladder. While Plaintiff was descending the ladder the wheels allowed the ladder to roll causing the Plaintiff to fall and rupture his ACL.
